Certified Wellness Coach and Personal Trainer

Sara Davis has been in the health and wellness industry for over three decades. She specializes in transforming the hearts, minds and bodies of women to create lasting change and embrace life with no regrets!

Her style is straight forward, practical and RAW. She believes, “Without a clear, objective, understanding of reality and a healthy embrace of one’s authenticity, there is no clear path wellness.”

Sara is a former All-American track and field athlete, with a degree from UCLA. While at UCLA she was in a near fatal car accident which introduced her to a world of health and recovery away from the track. After college, Sara became a personal trainer and group exercise instructor for Jack LaLane’s Health Club, AT&T Corporate and Gold’s Gym. She developed more holistic programming in the non-profit faith sector creating courses that mentored and counseled women in discovering their life purpose and faith. Sara is an ordained minister and a certified belief counselor.

Just as Sara was turning forty, she began running again. Competing in the USATF Maters Division, she acquired national ranking and three silver medals in the 100, 200 and 400 meter sprints. Sara went on to become the Women’s Head Coach at Texas A&M University-Commerce several years before starting her own practice as a certified wellness professional. At fifty-three Sara decided to challenge all the stereotypes of athletics, age, beauty and pageantry. As a tribute to her mother, the first African American to win a Pageant in America, she ran for Mrs. Texas and won fifth runner up. While the experience was completely out of her wheelhouse, she came through the event confirming her philosophy that “being yourself is the best and most effective way to influence the lives of others.”


The greatest life transformations happen when we are not afraid to peel off our outward shell and GO RAW. We are our fullest and best selves when we are our rawest, most natural selves. When we’re different in public than we are in private, our spirit, soul and body are not aligned. Why live a dual, false reality? Why live a painfully insincere, frustrating and unhealthy life? We exist to create, contribute and reflect all that is life and all that is good.

“RAW is something in its most natural, pure, beautiful and uncompromised state. We are better for everyone when we decide to live RAW.”

When we eat RAW, we consume food the way it was created whole and without manipulation.
When we feel RAW, we allow ourselves to feel and not run, eat, medicate or avoid our emotions.
When we think RAW, we consider God’s original intent; all that is good, loving, positive and life giving.
When we see RAW, we look at ourselves, circumstances and others as they are and not what we expect them to be.
When we speak RAW, we speak the truth, without fear, false pretenses or selfish ambition.
When we live RAW, we honor, respect and embrace our own uniqueness and the difference we experience in others.

I would not be who I am today if it were not for a strong community of women, personal and professional. Relationships and support evolve and revolve in seasons. Whatever season of life we find ourselves, usually ushers in a new person, level of support, resource and/or community.

Sara will share what it’s like living with a handicap that no one can see, but affects every choice she makes. For about 23 years, Sara has been living with Macular Degeneration, an incurable eye disease that causes vision loss.

GET REAL Retreats:

An intimate, four-day get away. This experience is limited to six women. This is your opportunity to separate from the madness and take a deep dive into specific areas of healing that need your undivided attention and are long overdue.

Each retreat has a specific focus: Balance and Boundaries, Fear, Mastering Menopause and other exciting topics. Come prepared to peel back the layers, Get Real with yourself, and obtain life changing strategies and solutions.


This one-day event is a fun to enhance your creativity, authenticity and swag! A day with health and beauty professionals who will share tips and give guidance to enhance your most unique attributes.
